That's how many did not have Burrow on their ballot, meaning not 1st, 2nd or 3rd place. 9.3% didn't have him first, so another 4.8% had him on the ballot but not 1st.
Probably tOSU homers... I’m sure they wrote in their 3 players 1-2-3... Maybe if they were smart about it the would’ve just picked one and ran with it. It would have closed the gap between Joe and everyone else, Fields wouldn’t have won regardless, but if they would’ve campaigned for him like LSU did for Joe it may not have been such a large margin. With the season we’ve had we could’ve easily had Joe, J’marr and CEH on the big stage but pick one guy to hype and you don’t spread votes among multiple candidates. (Looking at you stupid Dems also)
Look, I guess you could make an argument that he wasn't the best. (I disagree, but you could make an argument.) However, not to put him down as one of the top three means you have 4.5%of the voters who are psychotic and have lost all touch with reality.
