    No, I've been saying it. I thought his dad was TAF Founder or he was grandson of the Chancelor, etc.

    You simply can't have a successful defense with a totally inept middle linebacker.

    We saw it last year, and we're seeing it again this year, starting tonight. There is much more of that to come.

    The rest of the defense has been bad also .... BUT Welter has stood out as terrible. Bouncing off of offensive players, not having the team lined up well ... he plain sucked massive donkey dick tonight.

    A good LB does nothing for you when you can't eat up blocks up front. LSU's defensive line has lost about 200 lbs over the Miles era and it shows.

    We've seen that he's not the best option as far as athleticism is concerned. The idea was that he could handle getting people lined up, and he's been a massive failure at that tonight.
