LSU's O, I believe will look much like it did in last years bowl game..

    Phucking pro...

We will be ready for anyone we face.

I expect some new wrinkles worked on though. I think the UGA front really threw CLM and staff for a loop.

While almost everyone is going to put blame on JJ, which is fair, THE O'LINE LOOKED LIKE TRASH TOO...

It was obvious things were not the same with the UGA D....

Because of that, I think our coaching staff will work EXTREMELY hard to develop new wrinkles into our offensive game plan.. Especially if its Bama.

I wouldn't be surprised if we dont even run the option that game. You best believe Bama will be ready for that mess...

I agree. JJ did get alot of pressure, not great protection for him, but he did have a bad game to. Our regular game plan on offense wasn't executed. Short passes, run, play action, throw the deep ball a few times.
I think we are going to play a much better and balanced game in the NC

We threw the ball deep on the first series. JJ routinely underthrows his passes and it's more evident on a fast playing surface. He needs to throw quicker and deeper to avoid INTs.

The Superdome will be very similar to the Georgia Dome. Hopefully we can work out the wrinkles. We need ZERO turnovers in the game!

I've said this in the past during this season, but has anyone given thought to maybe part of the gameplan was in fact to let the other team wear themselves out? We all know this LSU team is a second half monster.

The O'line stepped up in the second half and played lights out. We made serious adjustments. The O'line held their blocks longer and the backs hesitated and looked for the opening.

We are well coached, and I agree that with 30 days to prepare we are SCARY GOOD!

I wonder if the extra week off hurts or helps Alabama if they are the opponent?
Maybe its a non factor? Or maybe they come out flat? We all know they gonna come out tight as a drum. I have to think that we won't come out tight. I believe or I hope we learned from the SECCG that we played tight and not our best in the first half and still won...Just some thoughts....

Erin Andrews was gushing over how great Saban is when he has 30 days to prepare for a game. Is she really that dumb? Doesn't she check history -- Cotton Bowl in 2002, Capital One in 2004, Sugar Bowl in 2008.

The only black mark on CLM's LSU resume is the Capital One in 2009 that was played in a pig sty. Everything else we won by 14 or better.

I'm starting to want the rematch more and more because the reward of beating Bama a second time is so phenomenal.

What the last few games showed Bama is that their D, despite a stout one against the run, has to figure out how to stop the assault of the LSU running attack, now with the emergence of Hilliard and Blue on top of Ford and Ware, ESPECIALLY later in the game and not get worn out. I am not sure if there is enough time for extra conditioning work or slimming down for their LB's.

You have a good point about LSU getting extra experience with the SEC Championship game and learn about areas of need for further improvement. If JJ were to start again, hope the last game was also a learning experience for him , IN PARTICULAR.
