But the 15% thingy??? 1.8 games and policy states to round up. Kinda backs you in a hole. Unless it says "up to 15%". In that case it doesn't have much teeth.

 

I don't know why everyone is so hung up on this policy like it's set in stone. The 15% is for a 2nd failed test, and what are the odds of all 3 failing a first test without it leaking? And Les isn't bound by the "counseling" policy for a first offense is he felt a suspension was in order.

 

I take it policy states "up to 2" games but can be held at one. Either way, fully expect Miles to play with this.
