Yeah I know, almost impossible to avoid but I do when I can. I hardly ever shop at Wal-Mart for starters, only as an absolute last resort. I refuse to buy Chinese farmed crawfish. Check the label on most of the packages that say "Louisiana Crawfish "
I Chinese crawfish are chewy. The labels can fool people if you don't look close. Might say "Packed in Breaux Bridge" with small letters saying "product of China."
This point requires some thinking on your part. But I found the right man to explain it you you. Think hard.
I like Chinese goods, and I also like American goods. I have a Chinese made phone, and and I am wearing American made shoes. The shoes were incredibly expensive, but I like them. Sometimes it is worth it. But other times it isn't. Down the block from house is a Chinese dollar store and it's very useful when I need an hdmi cable for a dollar, or an ice tray or other random thing whose quality I don't care about. Let me have the freedom to buy nice American things or cheap Chinese things. American businesses will be fine if they make products worth their price, like my shoes.
I have a pair, and they are made in Thailand. Some of the more expensive pairs are made in England. I wear Allen Edmonds and red wing shoes, both made in America.
