Many times. We had a camp in Hackberry. It was right in the curve across from Hackberry Rod & Gun Club. Spent many nights on Alice's Lake Breeze. I didn't say it was. And "knowing" is not "talent".
One time me and my brother shrimped and after a couple of drags of something like 8 shrimp and 12 shrimp I convinced his hard head to go where the shrimp boats were dragging a little farther out. We ended up filling up all of our ice chests.
I remember the first time we ever made a drag. It was in the ship channel. We pulled for 30 minutes or so then pulled up the trawl and had forgotten to tie the bag.
I want quality Made in America goods for the stuff I want to last a long time. I also want cheap Chinese crap for a lot of things I don't care enough about to pay top dollar for. Some foreign crap is also quality made. I recently bought 2 pairs of blue jeans on Amazon. They are a brand called Red Kap. Made in Mexico but the look and feel just like Levis. The only difference I can see is that I only paid $18 apiece for the Red Kaps vs over $50 for Levis.
