Today was supposed to be the opening day of LSU’s season. Instead we have to wait three additional weeks...
Longest win streaks by coach: Orgeron: 16 (2018 - now) Miles: 14 (2010 - 2011), 13 (2006 - 2007) Saban: 10 (2003-2004)
Let's not forget that Orgeron's is currently the longest streak in the nation. Surprising though, that Saban never got more than 10 in a row here.
Good write-up on the probable offensive starting lineup. https://www.si.com/college/lsu/football/lsu-offense-starters
I think O announced some or all starters today. I can’t find any links, but Instagram is reporting the WRs as Marshall, McMath and Boutte with Gilbert starting at TE. Kayshon Boutte beat out Trey Palmer. Kind of shocking but also speaks to how good he is.
It's because of LSU's schedule. The Florida game is usually game 6 each year. Saban went 2-3 against them. He was on a 5 game win streak leading up to that game in 2003. After that lost, he went on that 10 game win streak. Still managed to win the SEC and NC that year (almost had a 16 game win streak!)
Tiger Stadium limited to 25% capacity this year. Those of you who go to a game will have to be extra loud. Looks like tailgating won’t be allowed on campus either.
i wonder how they determine who is tailgating. can i stand next to my car and talk to my friend? with a a drink in hand? and a hot dog? chips but no dip? can i eat a taco and listen to the game on the radio? what if i hold up a BLM sign whilst listening?
