Because LSU couldn't get it done, it's all on Tennessee. Because Auburn couldn't get it done, it's all on UT. Because Georgia couldn't get it done, it's all on Tennessee. The dynasty you're referring to has been built on better coaching, better development, and better players. I'm not calling you stupid, but your argument is. If we replace Tennessee with Florida, what do we have? The same scenario as you're witnessing today. Stop making excuses.
I'm all for that. Nine game conference, three OOC's that are all P5. Now, how many schools are going to agree with that?
Good grief, I went moron fishing and caught a couple of wall hangers. That is the season to season rotation dummy NOT who gets stuck as the permanent east team every year. You two might not be the dumbest bastards on the planet but yall best hope he doesn't die
Play 6 in the west and 2 east teams on a rotating basis. If the SEC goes to a 9 game conference schedule you would see fewer big time out of conference games. LSU plays Texas this season and next with home and homes in the future with UCLA and Oklahoma. Just make it a rule that at least 2 of the ooc games are with power 5 opponents.
List of Football Dynasties over the last few decades. Arguments can be made for the length of years or maybe other teams, but this is what I'm going with. Obviously, different teams can overlap years. 2016 - Present: Clemson 2008 - Present: Alabama 2006-2009: Florida 2003-2007: LSU 2003-2005: USC* (vacated championship) 1993-1997: Nebraska 1992-1999: FSU 1986-1992: Miami Notably missing: Oklahoma (2000) and several national championship appearances since, and Ohio State (2002 & 2014). Too much failure between their two NCs.
