We actually look good for tomorrow, well, could only look better. But it's just a well earned ass whoopin that will either define the season or define the players. Taking an ass whoopin like this will build some character and we'll see who these kids really are after this beating. Schedule favors LSU heavily with some of the bigger teams coming to BR. Getting into form through April should happen and we'll know what we got leading into May. But damn, this series is a heartbreaker and I'm glad it happened early. CPM teams usually bloom late, but pitching is a real concern with this bunch. Hope for changes.
There are some positives. We outhit them last night. Walks will kill you in any game. Walker and Hilliard needs to get healthy ASAP. Looks like its a must right now.

So this is how the gods hate. Lose 2 games to nobody and maintain your top spot in the rankings. Get swept on the road to a top 25 ranked team and tumble to #13...and like it. It's a humbling experience for everyone, really. Even Florida has dropped 5 and maintained their Top 5 spot. But get 2-stepped by Texas on the road and the gods turn their back on ya. Crazy huh?
