last year the guys what went to the NBA for practice and analysis and shit also posted a goodbye. and then returned. not sure why thats the procedure, but it is. i believe wade encourages all players with NBA aspiration to use this new procedure and play with scouts and nba coaches etc. if i had to guess i would still say he is returning. could be wrong for sure. everyone has always claimed that williams is gone. smart maybe too. i wish this goddamn virus bullshit wasnt making everything weird and confusing.
naz reid is a far better player and prospect. he can score around the hoop, shoot the 3, overpower guys and dunk hard on em, plus bang big frame on people. watford is not that athletic, not huge, and is a lazy defender. he can shoot the jumper and take it to the hoops pretty well, but i dont think he will make in the NBA. i think reid will.
the recriting news i am reading from various sites for some reason LSU has stopped recruiting 2021 but probably 2020 reclassify number 1 overall jonathan kuminga. not sure why. character issues? anselem, who was in the bag, is less certain, apparently LSU is irritated he wont just commit already. cisse, the guy i really like because he is such a beast it makes you laugh when he swats blocks is now even more likely. seems possible they got positive news ffrom cisse, which turned off anselem and they had enough drama with kuminga. interstingly, i think all 3 guys are not ADOS*, but guys from africa. billy embody of 24/7 also vaguely alluded to a total suprise guy, saying will wade tends to trick a mofo and come out with suprises. we shall see. *ADOS= american descendants of slaves. yunno, black americans.
again, i am gonna update and play my game, guuess the roster. if you tire of all these posts, then tell the governor to let me out my house. if it were up to me i wouldnt by typin this i would be getting wasted on 10 pints of delicious guinness at a bar a few blocks from my house. 1. smart, gaines, toles, 2. thomas, manning 3. days leblanc hyatt 4. watford or wikinson, oneal 5. cisse, ezewiro this of course assumes williams is gone. this is i think the only near-certainty. i say watford is 50/50 and smart is 60/40 to return. i have removed anselem from the projection. that leaves 2 5 star news starters in thomas and cisse. if watford returns thats clearly a national title team. verteran and improved PG smart, scoring superstar thomas, shot blocking maniac cisse, along with an improving watford, and a shitload of depth everywhere.
Wade is all about getting guys prepared for pro careers so im sure he is happy to have Wat trying out. Looks good for LSU to have this as hes recruiting. And yes hes sick of the drama from ole #1. Let Cal deal with that.
anselem officially moved up from 2021 to 2020, as expected. final 3 is GA LSU and bama. he was a certainty until recently, but embody over at 24/7 still has him coming. if both anselem and cisse come that would be HUGE
former LSU eunice player and current LSU walk on caleb starks is transferring. i am hoping this means his walk on spot is for shareef o'neal. my understanding is all team can have 15 guys. 13 scholarships, 2 walkons. not sure if this is correct. too lazy to research it
two commits, wilkinson and o'neal have made it official and signed. " On Wednesday, Will Wade announced the signing of UCLA transfer and LSU legacy Shareef O'Neal, the son of NBA Hall of Famer and LSU great Shaquille O'Neal. “The name O’Neal is a part of LSU Basketball history and we look forward to Shareef starting his own path at LSU,” Wade said in a release. “Shareef has the ability to impact a game with his tremendous offensive rebound acumen and his ability to stretch the defense with his shot.” O'Neal is the second player announced on the first day of the late signing period to have inked with the Tigers, joining four-star Las Vegas (Nev.) Bishop Gorman wing Mwani Wilkinson." this leaves the mystery of moussa cisse, frank anselem and unlikely but exciting jonathan kuminga on the table.
yes, anselem, cisse, and kuminga are all 2021. anselem has already reclassified. cisse is expected to. and maybe kuminga. these guys with african roots understand what real poverty is so they are hustling hard to move up as fast as possible and play pro ball. that means graduating high school ASAP and starting the clock on the NBA eligibility. graduating from high school early is pretty easy if you arent a lazy shit and have nba money in your future
