thats true i predicted a poor year from skylar as i was never sold on his athleticism. 4 year guys with talent are so rare. i thought bishop and hyatt would get more minutes. i was really wrong about that one. i thought wade would speed it up and play more guys. he in fact shrunk the rotation and played the bare minimum to keep starters from death
this one and done phenom creates a very hard to predict dynamic. need uber talent, but also need a veteran system guys. not like MLB where i know what to expect from every team and there maybe one or two rookies and their unpredictability. with hoops you have massive turnover and bunches of variables. the better a player is, the shorter he stays, so if you recruit only elites and get them, you have a bunch of strangers, not a team. hard to predict. one thing that i can rely on is the american gangster to know what the fuck he is doing.
