how many times did we settle for the fg? not sure how we quantify at the end of the day each will come to their own conclusion about the O. For me, it’s all about the rz scoring once inside the 20 we rolled over and played dead too many times
I think red zone scoring holds some weight for sure. But we had zero red zone TDs against UCF if I remember correctly. And we still put up 40. So it’s far from the whole picture.
That’s inherently inconsistent with your whole premise. If you can’t add what would have happened, then you can’t subtract what did happen.
His comparison was fine. Cherry picking what ifs work both ways. Lsu was 10-3. Top 10 pretty damn good. Maybe that's why most aren't crying. Everything isnt static. Maybe Oeaux evolves a more dynamic offense. He didn't stand pat with qb or special teams. Next step is progressing the offense. We played conservatively because the game situations often dictated it. Only time will tell. In fairness I'd bet against it due to his prior tendencies. Unless he makes a major change and I suppose theres not a lot to indicate much will happen. That's where my doubt lies but I'm gonna hope he has a reckoning. QUOTE="furduknfish, post: 1758112, member: 8950"]Wont, got it.
