No I read NYTimes, WAPO, WSJ, News and Observer (Raleigh, NC). I check the CNN website several times a day, but generally only read the headlines. I watch MSNBC. All that has a distinct lean to the left. To balance that, I pursue a number of right leaning FB posts and try to ferret out the truth. The biggest “fake news” I see are not made up stories, but omissions by the press of news that does not fit the agenda. I feel that many see this as a “game” between the left, the right, and the press. IMHO all three suck, and working hard to demonstrate one of the three is “better” than either one or the second is feckless. They are all losers.
Without Sarah we probably have no Obama. How dumb was McCain to choose her. If he had chosen a black conservative or even another rich white man he would have won.
Ocasio-Cortez comes across as a one trick pony. And not a smart one at that. I hope the Dems back away from her. As an aside, I have an uneasy feeling, as demonstrated by O-C primary numbers the Dems are out increasing the base, where they already have the majority. Winning a Congressional seat by 1 vote, or 15,000 votes, well “I could not care less.” I’m afraid with all their anti-Trump zeal, the basic blocking and tackling is not getting taken care of.
Sarah Palin is a special kind of stupid though. Cortez is just young and immature and has a lot to learn. Ain’t no saving Palin.
