This team has real good bones. Amazing considering how young they are. One of the youngest teams in the conference. Early troubles with fielding. Don't think we have the speed in the outfield we once had. Bats are warming up on pitching depth. Look pretty scrappy against a good Friday night arm, but still there is fight with the possibility for breakthroughs. Base running shows need for work with noticeable improvements. A series sweep against a team that shoulda been swept tells us little, but I like what I see for this pre-school version of Tiger baseball. Tons of potential for 2017, 18. We look pretty solid for the next few seasons. I already think Eauxmaha is too deep for this team, but I am excited over the prospects. Should be a fun season watching boys greaux into men and make some noise in the conference.
freeman to SS lochridge to 3b. trey dawson benched. also Jesse Stallings cut his pinky finger while washing dishes. He has 5 stitches. Can't pitch tomorrow. Weekend up in the air.
Both had throwing errors. Dawson was horrible at the plate. Too bad cause if the kid can get on base, he has wheels. Tough deal having to step into the mighty Bregmans shoes. Dishes?? Next man up. Hate to say that cause after a scetchy start with the fast ball hanging over the plate, he went all shutdown finding the corners.
