Well then let me apologize. I deduced from the tone of the opening comment in this thread that your intent was to make light of anyone who was looking forward to next season. If my deduction was incorrect then please enlighten me. I don't think any of us are happy about last season but I for one am hoping it will be better. I also believe the Aranda hire is a tremendous upgrade over Steele. That probably goes without saying.
You're absolutely right and you also at the same time proved my point which is why I don't post often. So I've decided that if I feel I have something to offer to one of these threads then I will. I hope that any input I have is received with a measure of respect. Thanks.
i think what hes implying is instead of judging, contribute. I understand however. We are the entertainers and we should do a better job.
Homie, we ALL hope it will get better. Some of us have been hoping it would get better for a very long time and just given up hope. Here is a little history, there are a few of us that saw these issues long ago as well and brought them up in "conversation" and got beaten about the head and shoulders for it. Called fanboys and worse, Now that it is all the more prominent we are called "bitchers and complainers" when our message has been the same all along. We just want it to get better.
My original post was because I didn't feel the OP's sentiments weren't genuine. It felt someone or some group was being made light of. Again, if I was wrong then my bad. It just feels to me that this site has become two groups of people, those who hate Les and those who don't. I personally like Les but realize he's limited. In the end, I love LSU football and for better or worse this is what we have right now. So again, I will contribute if I feel I have something to offer but at the same time I'm apprehensive that a negative air here will prevent me from doing so. Just being honest. My intent is to either see something that proves me wrong or to introduce a change. Thanks again guys.
