One of the most highly anticipated signing days during the Miles era with so many spots still left open. Here's to grand success tomorrow!
Well, looks like we may have to wait to see this kid in P&G if we get to see it at all? @bhelmLSU @LSUDad What you got?
Makes one wonder what the NCAA and its clearinghouse is about. They seem to be hunting for reasons to keep kids out of school rather than ferreting out fraud and cheating. In this case if it was an early HS class yet he made it through the rest of HS which are presumably more difficult. It would seem the early class is not significant and shouldn't be an issue. This is ridiculous.
And I know we like to think it only happens to us but I wonder how many other schools have to put up with this same issue? Just seems to happen to us a lot.
Sure would be interesting reading a comprehensive report on what impact the clearinghouse has on all major schools. I suppose some schools simply "take more chances than others", but even more interesting, discerning what criteria the clearing house uses for their investigations as well as if they look more closely at some schools' vs. other schools recruits would be interesting. Anyone out there have an info?
