The big question mark is going to be the front 7. Teams are going to have a tough time throwing on this secondary which is easily the best in the SEC and maybe the country.
Something we haven't had for a long time. This had to have been from scheme because I know we had guys that could get to the qb. I'm really hoping O changes this. Time for the big cats to eat.
Speaking strictly from a statistical standpoint, there's very little difference in what LSU will field in 2015 and what UGA will field. I can easily see people pointing to the Dawgs as the best returning secondary for no other reason than they aren't asking what to expect from a new DC. The experience level is almost identical.
If we can't stop the run, whether down the middle or out to the corners, the secondary will not matter as much. We cannot give up big runs on 1st down. It is really pretty straightforward. I will rather see than speculate.
Speaking strictly from a statistical standpoint, LSU is better than Georgia in pass defense. The difference may be small, but it ain't invisible. That would be speaking from a speculative and subjective standpoint.
