A couple of thoughts: "...the fact that his sister is at LSU..." I'd be interested to know where the story started that said since his sister is at LSU that's a reason for him to chose. Don't get me wrong. I've seen that mentioned with other players. I'm lost on the reasoning that this should be a consideration, much less a sign, of where he plays football. "...turn coat rat bastard..." Seriously? Come on now...it's not your life, it's his choice, and because of that decision it becomes this vitriolic?
Hey I get it, that was just the message that was put out there. Personally, I wouldn't want to go to the same school that my sister is attending but that is just me. Seemed legit at the time, guess they aren't that close after all. No you come on. You take shit waaaaaaay too serious. Especially on this board. Chill out a little brah. If you think that is vitriolic you should see what would happen if I ever find out where that coach in N. La lives that keeps sending these kids to gumpville.
I could see that as a reason for misplaced optimism about Noil and Willis. I never felt sure about getting them. But Brown was being referred to as all in for LSU long before he even got invited to the UnderArmor game.
It's the fact that he supposedly told the LSU staff that he was committed to them right up until the day before the UA game that has left such a bad taste in people's mouths and makes him worthy of such a label. There are more than a few who believe with good reason that bama commits are being instructed by the bama coaches to do this sort of thing as it is not the first time. So pardon us if we're not falling all over ourselves to bestow praise upon him.
lol, right. To be fair, that wasn't directed only at him. The whole lot of em can take a long walk on a short pier for all I care. If you aren't a Tiger then you are Tiger bait. Geaux!
