2014 WR D'haquille Williams De-Commits from LSU

    No doubt this kid is a very special reciever coach dautrive told me he was the best athlete he had ever coached.....that's saying alot and includes ryan perrioleaux.....problem has always been his academics, not sure he will be able to remain eligible.

    His academics were not really the issue. He had to start HS over because he attended a non-accredidited school his Freshman and Sophomore years.

    As for the incident, after the death he went to stay with family in Colorado because of the fear. Has nothing to do with Auburn but his mindset of wanting to get away from LA which the coaching staff inderstood. LSU focused their attention elsewhere after discussing this with him.

    I think #1 JUCO TE, Josh McNeil, is emerging as a replacement for the loss of D. Williams to Auburn and the sense that Blacknall is seeking an option to LSU.

    Cam Cameron wants more BIG (literally) receivers, and JM is 6'6".

    Unless something changed very recently, LSU hasn't been recruiting McNeil since he didn't qualify.
