Bhelm is someone who really knows the scoop. I like to follow the recruits I know LSU is recruiting as opposed to following a the rivals top 100 and hoping they want to go to LSU. I'm a firm believer in not giving these guys notoriety, attention and publicity. That's the root cause of those stupid hat tricks and signing day stunts...like Landon Collins and Janzen Jackson. I'm glad those two aren't at LSU. We're better off without them.
Yep but not because I have a choice. Too busy these days and message board activity took a huge hit. One thing we are lacking at LSU is big and strong WRs and hence the big targets. Armand Williams was mentioned but he may not be with us this year. Not official yet but he is lacking in the development especially physically. He needs a big turnaround[.
The guy and his mom were homeless and sleeping in a car after Katrina...until his high school teacher took them both in to her house. She knew something was wrong when his normally good grades fell, his normally great attitude changed and he was falling asleep in class. They were refugees from New Orleans living in Slidell and his mom lost her job, which precipitated the crisis...but she and her son stayed together as a family during it. If he can't stay on the team, I'm sure coach Miles will find a way to keep Armand in school.
