I'm thinking you will see Collins at left tackle this season.

When Faulk went down last year, I was kinda expecting Collins at tackle and Dworaczyk at guard instead of vice-versa . . .

Dworaczyk had the height that tackles need for leverage on quick defensive ends. Collins was too damn good a guard to move him around.

Right now heavy on Guards and light on OT's. We'll see in the spring.

Thought Hawkins was the heir apparent at LT? Is he not expected to be ready? I assume Williford's ability to return would impact that. I kind of hope the guy hangs it up for the sake of his own long-term health. That's a rough injury to come back from and the margin for a repeat is very thin. But who knows, not having football could be worse for him.

Good thing Pocic is here now. He might turn out to be a natural. With his height and wing span...and 25-30 lbs of non-speed altering muscle, he could be a beast. Unless they're thinking he goes inside.

Hawkins and Edinburgh have been two names from the last class as OT, how far, the Spring Games may tell us more. I tell people in the Spring game, sometimes, its better not to follow the ball. See what the OL and DL's are doing.

No doubt watch the trenches in the spring and that tells the tale of where we stand come fall!
