I have heard some really good reviews on Hunter and Rasco. I do not know how much we lack in terms of talent compared to last year losing Mingo, Montgomery and Logan, but common sense says we will lack depth. But from what I hear, our starting front 4 (Hunter, Ego, Freak, Rasco) should be amongst the top in the country once again.

Got much of the same thing in talking to people. I see depth coming in the Fall. A couple guys to keep an eye one is Gilmore, Herron, Bower and Bain, remember LaCouture came in for the Spring. They will all have a shot. I like the starting front 4. Take a look at who led in tackles and who led in sacks, for the Spring game, it was the same player (Hunter). The DLU should have a few more names added to it's list in the years to come.

    Trivia:

I know we have had talk of DBU, DLU, etc. Any guess what team could be called TEU? Yep, sending TE's into the NFL. I was talking with a coach tonight, he sent three TE into the NFL camps this year off of his last years team. Last year they would have in at the same time, one guy at 6' 7" 255#, another 6'5" 252# and the last one was 6'4" 267. Yep, with those three, how could you defend? Hint, they finished up winning 6 of their last seven games, thats including their bowl win.

    That's a good one there!

Best coach I've seen using tight ends in his scheme...the first one that comes to mind at least, is Pat Hill.

I feel Hunter is going to be a player that comes in under the radar and by season end will be in the ranks of all SEC discussions. Although making it on 1st team may not happen I believe he will be in the top 5 in the league.

Nope, not Pat. One of the TE's was an UDFA, signed with the Panthers, one was drafted in the 5th round by Seattle (Same round that Seattle drafted LSU's Tharold Simon) and the last TE was drafted in the 2nd round by the 49'ers.

Along the lines of Cam and TE's, last year the Panthers second leading receiver was the TE, he has 669 yds on 61 receptions. At the same was also 2nd on the team in TD's with 7. The other TE finished with 21 receptions. Cam had them draft two TE's the same year, seeing a need at that position. 61 receptions? We play heck with a TE getting 61 yards. Last year our leading TE Dickson had 6 receptions for 73 yards. Some might remember, Travis caught 5 passes for 69 yds against Old Mrs and the final reception was against Clemson for 4 yds. Our TE's finished with 11 receptions for a total of 182 yds. The Panthers two TE's finished with 82 receptions for almost 900 yds. Another position is the FB, that too will get used fully. Cam likes the use of Full Back, H-Back or in his formations the F-Back.

    A little history:

Not to be confused with Halfback (disambiguation).
An H-Back is an offensive position in American football. The H-back lines up similarly to a tight end, but is "set back" from the line of scrimmage, and is thus counted as one of the four "backs" in the offensive formation. The position was made notable in the NFL by the Washington Redskins under head coach Joe Gibbs, who ran a two tight end system. The position was named F-Back when used later in Norv Turner's offensive system.
Remember Norv and Cam worked together for a few years.

Sorry to post this in the DL thread...
