Like I mentioned above, in 2011, LSU only had 16 commits going into December which is the most I can ever remember. Right now, it seems very likely that LSU will be at 25 by December. Anyone who might want to come to LSU better hurry and commit if LSU will accept them. The days of "holding scholarships" has gone the way of the "slide rule". With the 85 total limit and especially the semi-hard 25 yearly limit, nobody can really afford to do that anymore...at least not the major programs. Obviously Louisiana Tech can because they would risking a 2* commit ensured vs a 4* late commit. But if you are waiting for a LA kid rated 5.8 on Rivals vs an OOS kid rated 5.8 on Rivals and the coaches agree with those ratings, it would be nuts to wait on the LA kid just because he is local.
on why he committed to LSU after impressing and being heavily recruited at both the in-state Florida State and Miami camps: “I watched the (current LSU) team in the weight room and then on the turf and everything is just so wound up and they have such a high intensity,” Robinson told Rivals.com. “I was just impressed by the emotion and how everybody is competing and fighting for positions. That is what I really liked there.” Les and staff have our boys fired up!!! Good to hear, good to hear!!
This guy is fast. Speed kills on and off the field! I just hope he starts doubling up his calorie intake. Someone send him some Canes.
But....but....but Torshiro Davis said there was "low moral" and "players didn't seem to like each other", blah, blah, blah. Who are you going to believe the very "high caliber" guy Toshiro Davis who never really decommitted until he held his Texas commital press conference or Robinson? What a tool Davis was/probably will always be...don't you just love the guys who pull stunts like that and then concoct their excuse about why nothing was really their fault? As far as Miami goes, I am flat out amazed that anyone outside of Miami Northwestern HS goes there. My guess is with the recent deal with Golden and the guy outside of the program doing ILLEGAL recruiting (transportation, entertainment, etc), Miami is head back to the equivalent of Monopoly Jail, aka NCAA probation. Seems like an open and shut case against Golden who knew about the guy and did nothing.
I see you like to see if your computer is still connecting OK. The only reason I can imagine you just made your mindless post!

his highlight reel LSUSports posted is fun to watch: http://www.lsusports.net//mediaPort..._oem_id=5200&id=1522083&catid=609&start=5.769
This guy is one of my favorite recruits. He's going to need a redshirt year to get more physical but I think after that one of those cornerback spots is his. That reel doesn't show his coverage skills, but he's a blanket.
