I think Miles will take that visit, but does Miles really want Collins if his heart is not with LSU. I would rather Miles use that Scholly on a diamond in the rough, a Hester, Matthieu type that is always 110%. Let Collins follow his heart (Penis) to Bama and wish him the best.

 

I think his heart is with LSU, but his "brain" isn't. At least not now, but i'm sure that would change once he saw all the hot tail running around LSU's campus.

 

I think bhelm is correct, it is probably better to let this one go as much as it hurts and this one like McNight and Janzen hurt - no matter how the kids turn out in college - it does hurt. Having one "if not the best player" in the state leave for another program always stings losing him to the Gumps is like a dagger in the LSU heart, but all we can do is move on and look forward to signing a great class even without LC.

In the end all we can do is love the players that love us and wish the players that pick others the best until the play us then as we all know "THEY ARE TIGERBAIT" But even though I am a new poster to this board I am long in tooth, and wishes someone turns out like Janzen, guys we are better than that. Let's not wish an 18 year old kid that he becomes embroiled in drugs and gets kicked off teams just because that kid felt that there was some place else better for him than LSU :dis: . My mother went to Bama, my Dad Tulane but I was the smartest of the 3 and graduate from LSU, if I would have listened to them I would not be a Tiger today and I am grateful that I am.

In an article on bleacher report and blowing up all over the web with the video of the annoucement, mom stated that she was not even going and he had to convince her to go to the game and dad was in the stands, did not want to be a part of it because there hearts are at lsu and feel that is where he should go, not bama...he also states in an interview after that no one can change his mind and that his mind was made up two years ago
