Currently rated the 3rd best player out of Florida for 2012 and close friends with LSU commit Avery Johnson. He was the only 2012 prospect to make it into the top 5 OL at the Friday Night Lights Camp. He came to LSU for a visit on the South Florida Express Tour and fell in love with LSU and now with Avery committed he list LSU as his #1 according to TSD.com. Avery already told the staff that we should go ahead and offer him. Currently holds an offer from UF. 6'6 330
You can verbally offer anybody you want at anytime, no rules against that. Sending a written offer is not prohibited until August between the prospects' junior and senior year now. It was Sept 1st until the rule change this year. Sept 1st is still the day coaches can start calling junior prospects.
