I predict fans will be sweating on whether or not Terrance Magee plays football for LSU next year or signs for the MLB. Magee stays at LSU. Houston Nut losses his leverage and is fired after next season. Mettenberger gets a majority of the snaps next year. Ridley goes pro. 5th or 6th round. More conference realignments and the Big 12 is on the way out.
1)crowton returns and continues the same offensive scheme we have seen the last 3years. 2) jj starts as qb so crowton can have his running qb 3)siu gets kicked off tf for life for constantly bit--ing about crowton 4)miles finds a way to win the sec championship anyway proving that he will and can do it his way and succeede at it 5)cardiologist will be working a lot of overtime next year
I'm going to go with Pat Buchanan. There won't be a nuclear holocaust in 2011, and the Untied States economy will be in trouble.... He really went out on a limb there didn't he. Really though, Brady wins another Superbowl Auburn will be placed on probation. LSU will win the SEC. Red Sox will win the world series. Dallas Mavericks will win the NBA championship.
All of yours seem pretty likely except for the last one. Anyways, I guess I'll play. Zach Mettenberger will start next year for LSU The LSU WR's will finally shine (including RS) LSU's defense will be ranked in the top 10 in the nation LSU's offense will be ranked in the top 50 The Oregon game will be close but we will win We will crush Alabama at Bryan-Denny next year Michael Ford will be a household name The Auburn football program will go down in flames LSU will win the SEC Saban gets tired of living in Po-Dunk Alabama and takes a job where he lives in civilization and where he can log onto the internet from home More birds will fall from the sky Melo will join the Knicks and win the East Macaulay Culkin will rebound from his breakup with Mila Kunis and will begin to date Katy Perry (Russell Brand will leave her for Ryan Seacrest) LaSalle's hard work will payoff and he will get his medical marijuana card
1. Florida improves but still struggles in October (Bama, @Auburn, @LSU, UGA). Proba ly wins the East. 2. Alabama wins the West and finishes with 1 loss. 3. LSU Destroys Oregon opening day. 4. UGA beats Boise State in Atlanta. 5. Auburn falls back to a .500 team. 6. Oklahoma runs the table and gets a birth in the BCS Title game...... 7. But loses to Alabama 8. You hear 10,000 Urban Meyer to coach someone in 2012 rumors.
safe bet: les miles doesnt leave for michgan strech: crowton get the boot real stech: LSU hire josh mcdaniels as OC (please god i dont ask for much.....)
GREAT: Miles stays, fires Crowton and Strudraw, lands a damn fine recruiting class, next season finish top 25 O and D, find out that it was really Crowton's fault, win the SECC and NC, realignment happens and benefits the SEC, a flexible playoff takes hold. More information about Cam Newton and Auburn surfaces, and decisive corrective action is made. Auburn has to give back the NC but the SEC maintains their string of NCs. THUMP THE AGGIES. Basketball makes an impressive turnaround and starts taking teams out the following season. Baseball team wins a NC and shows no signs of slowing. GOOD: Miles goes to Michigan, we replace his staff with a solid cabinet of coaches, maintain the recruiting class, finish in the top 50 on offense and defense, compete for the SECC and NC, realignment happens, a well thought out playoff takes hold. Auburn wins the NC but is penalized for cheating. BEAT THE AGGIES. Our basketball team eventually gels and improves on last season, appearing headed in the right direction. Baseball team is damn strong. BAD: Miles stays, Crowton stays, damn strong recruiting class, see more of the same next season (strong D, piss poor O), Mettenberger challenges but doesn't see the field, finish with a record worse than we have this year, realignment happens, BCS system continues. Oregon wins the NC even though it is determined that Auburn was cheating; still not enough information to convict. LOSE TO THE AGGIES. Our basketball team struggles mightily with question marks in the future. Baseball team is comme-ci comme-ça. UGLY: Miles leaves, replaced by a staff that can't handle LSU or the SEC, recruiting class is a shadow of its former self, Mettenberger plays and is average or worse (also reports that he's groped another girl at a bar, but no punishment), finish with a worse record than this year, realignment happens to the detriment of the SEC, a poorly thought out playoff is adopted to the detriment of college football. Cam Newton helps USC reclaim their NC and ruins college football. Auburn wins the NC. LOSE TO THE AGGIES IN EMBARRASSING FASHION. Basketball team falls apart, Coach Johnson leaves for a better job. Baseball team stinks it up.
I expect a similar season to this year. Our young players on defense will be more experienced, but I think the loss of 3 major contributors will balance things out.
