Another top Redemptorist prospect committed to LSU today. I have him as the #1 prospect out of LA next year.
Re: New Commit: OT La'el Collins I was looking forward to a little break with the past 2 classes rolling in so early and I thought with 22 committed now I could take some time to digest but I guess I have to start the 2011 Offers Thread sooner than I thought. Oh Well... :geaux:

Re: New Commit: OT La'el Collins absolute major gets. Collins will be a beast, and adds to our young group of tackles like Faulk and Shaw. Hardwick will be good too. Wow i was nervous because i really wanted him, and this helps sooo much Hill is a running back who will also be a beast, Losing Scott and Keiland will hurt and who knows what will happen to Murphy, but could you imagine a backfield of Seastrunk, Ford, Hilliard, and Hill? wow. Now we need to rap up Landry who i'm pretty sure is a lock and hilliard and we pretty much got the top 5 in la

This is why I like Coach Miles so much, because he does not have to take a back seat to anybody when it comes to recruiting. It just chaps my butt when some fans calls him stupid or any other dumb names. In my books Miles is a very good College Head Coach. Who ever wants to get rid of him, just think what we had between Jolly Ole Mac and Coach Saban. None of them could recruit as well as Coach Saban or Coach Miles. This is why they might of had 1 or 2 good seasons but then it went by the waste side. Recruiting is the name of the game and you have to have a Head Coach who can flat out recruit. Which LSU had and has back to back (Saban and Miles). :geaux:
