He made it to Auburn as expected without the family.

Still think LSU is going to win out with the family preferring him to stay home.

Greg and family will be here for Bama game.

I would say it is deadlocked with AU and they're very much in the running. The difference will be how comfortable his family is in AU. With that, I think he picks AU if they're ok with it. If they don't feel comfortable there, he'll end up at LSU. Trooper Taylor starting to be LSU's worst nightmare.

Just heard on the radio that Greg is going to visit during the Ole Miss game, and he said that deep down in his heart he is leaning towards Auburn. LSU cannot let this kid go out of state.

Pretty much. I think at this point it is a given AU is his leader. This is guy isn't a Mickey Johnson. He has been pretty consistent through the entire process naming AU the leader. However, it will be interesting to see what he says after the Alabama game. He originally had us as the last visit setup...that is usually a good sign. Losing him would really hurt, IMO. I think this would hurt with Trey next year too, despite people thinking he may be a lock. Robinson was a lock early and the process and we see where he is leaning right now. It is pretty embarrassing that AU of all places is putting a pipeline in that school. I guess you can do that when you have outstanding recruiters and a great year with a all world QB.

I think it is a given that you are a pessimist!

Long way to go before Feb, much less 2012!

With Auburn's seemingly impending doom, it would certainly be unwise for him to choose Auburn if that materializes.

    Any new info on Robinson?

I would really hope he is smart enough to not pick Auburn. Sure, the BCS NCG looks great, but as a recruit, I hope someone is in his ear saying, "Look, son, I know you may like Auburn, but if you go there, you may not get to play in a single bowl game during your college career. Now, thats not guaranteed, and this cheating shyte might all blow over, but do you really want to take that gamble and risk it?"
