Bhelm is talking about some legal problems. However, it should be taken as rumor and nothing more. Nobody can confirm it. Just fyi, I heard that all during the season GR showed he was pro-LSU in more than one practice by the way he would joke with things, especially to his coaches. Take that for what you will... I don't see him leaving LA unless something drastic happens, IMO. When he posted hAd fUn at LSU on his Facebook, I think he was making a friendly jab at AU to keep people on the edge. I guess could see that as a cryptic message he is going to AU too though...:rofl:
Well I thought the family connection would win out but he committed to Auburn today. Maybe we see a change down the road close to NSD but if not look for LSU to accept a commit from Spencer Region.
What a drag! It would be great if we could keep all of the best homegrown talent here, especially with the sick talent available this year. I went to school in Thibodeaux and raised in the bayou country and can't believe anyone from the area would would consider anyone else if an LSU offer was out there. Well, as they say, to each his own. I wish him luck, except where it has anything to do with LSU. However, there's still time....
Quite embarrassing to lose him and I know we "can't get them all". But it seems to be a theme as of late. I'd be really worried about losing Granier now next year, regardless how he is committed now. Robinson displayed some really odd behavior here especially with his recent LSU visits. I'm wondering if this isn't over yet...how he can go there with Malazhan likely leaving and NCAA sanction in the future is beyond me. Is this another one of his games? Looking like we're going to lose MJ too but due to his academic status. Hill isn't committed anymore either. A fast recruiting year is starting to really dwindle, we need some good news to lift up this past week of bad news. I really don't want Region anywhere near our team. Getting a big surprise like Jernigan would really make my day...:cry:
Bad short term memory? We got who and what we this week, Mettenberger. It's always good to get good, big olinemen, especially local guys but we don't exactly need him. He's not goin to break our class for sure.
Saw this one coming, trovon reed was a huge factor most likely. Greg is a talent, but we can't get them all. He'll regret the decision whenever cam leaves and they're back to last year's form.
