Bama had 4 first round picks, and they were third in the SECW. How much talent does that guy need to win over there?

Many thought they were going to be really strong last year. They lost their first game and never really recovered.

Looks like Terrance Tolliver wont be drafted, there are only about 5 picks left in the 7th.

Frankly I am shocked. He wasnt an all world WR, but it seems teams would realize that the state of our offense dictated his lack of production more than anything.

I figured he was a lock to go by the end of the 5th at least...

I hope the saints take a look at him as a UDFA and give him a shot.

Did Toliver participate in the combine? If he did, he must not have impressed anybody in the workouts or the interviews.

Been working all weekend. Did the Saints not have any lower round picks?

    He had too many negatives...

Consistently inconsistent throughout his career. Too many drops, doesn't get great separation, not great speed, not a great route runner, etc...

However, he does have some upside and height and a team will likely see if they can get him in there as a FA and see if they can work out the negatives.

it's awesome to see the Saints get this guy in the 7th, being he was projected to go in the 3rd-4th Round this weekend. before he got injuried, he was projected much higher

    his accolades:
2009 Big East Defensive Player of the Year
    2009 Second-Team All-American (CFN)
    2009 Third-Team All-American (TSN, Rivals)
2009 unanimous first team All-Big East
    2008 All-Big East (second team)
2008 Sun Bowl's Most Valuable Lineman
2007 Freshman All-American (FW, CFN, TSN, Rivals, Scout)

    his college stats:
2010: tore ACL in right knee early in the season
2009: 8.0 sacks, 11 QB hurries, 11.5 TFLs, 43 tackles, 5 passes broken up 3 forced fumbles 1 INT, 1 fumble recovery, 1 blocked PAT
2008: 7.5 sacks, 5 QB hurries, 15.5 TFLs, 51 tackles, 3 passes broken up, 1 forced fumble, 1 fumble recovery, 3 blocked PATs
    2007: 4.0 sacks, 1 QB hurry, 11.5 TFLs, 41 tackles, 3 passes broken up

LSU connection: he was big in Pitt's 2007 upset of WVU that sent LSU to the Championship Game: had four tackles and a fumble recovery in the West Virginia upset...tracked down a scrambling Pat White for a seven-yard loss, setting up a subsequent 4th-and-17 play and incomplete pass that ended WVU's chance for a comeback

    some other notable plays:

--2009: clinched the Notre Dame win by forcing a Jimmy Clausen fumble with 2:10 left that was recovered by Myles Caragein...also had a nine-yard TFL and blocked a PAT vs. the Irish

--2008: recovered an Iowa fumble with 50 seconds to go to clinch Pitt's 21-20 win.

--2008: sacked Syracuse QB Cam Dantley, forcing a fumble that was recovered by Jabaal Sheard at the Orange 34 with 8:05 left to set up Pitt's clinching TD in a 34-24 win.

--2007: helped preserve Pitt's 20-17 victory over Syracuse by getting a six-yard sack with under 30 seconds to play
