This is so true TT. With all this revenue sharing the SEC is providing more than adequate funding for all of her sister schools. Not sure what LSU is doing with their cut of the pie these days, given recent financial reverses. But never fear, we'll see our SEC brethren through these be-darkened nights of financial discontent. With so many SEC schools representing this year in the bowls, LSU should expect even greater pay outs. There has been some discussion that Vandy will be ask to supplement ongoing deficiencies, at least until they actually go to a bowl themselves. This should spread the wealth for years to come.
LSU needs to playing in the finest stadium in the country in one of the most unbelievable talent pools anywhere (DFW). LSU nevers seems to get much metroplex talent and in fact lost one of the best players from last year to Texas (Davis). :geaux:
There is NO STADIUM in the country to CERTAINLY include the one in Orlando that comes close to JerryWorld, sorry.
I bet the gifts are better too. Which committee do you think is salivating more about their match up, The Cotton Bowl people, or the Cap 1 people? The Cotton Bowl people have $$$$$$$$$ in their eyes, this is a huge match up.
