Well I said in-home visits very soon and now TSD.com is saying 2 or 3 LSU coaches will be at his house for an in-home visit tonight.
LSU has a track record of putting receivers in the NFL. UT not so much, if he does sign elsewhere,it will be because of distance. Thats my opinion.
I agree about LSU having put receivers in the NFL, but so has UT. Meachem, and Stallworth were recent #1s. Going back further, there was Willie Gault, Peerless Price, and Alvin Harper. Not too bad. I think there are a few others I am missing. Point being, if he comes to LSU, its b/c this is where he wants to be, and where he can be successful in track, too.
My man went "Willie Gault" on us. Cat played on the '85 Bears didn't he? Was Hunter even alive yet?:hihi:
Sounds like Hunter is meeting with Dooley tonight, I think LSU is going to be lucky to get him back. LSU needs quite a few backup plans now for the WR position.
I meant recently, you named 2 that are recently, really just one. Stallworth was a few years back. More recently at LSU, Bowe, Doucet, Davis and soon Lafell. But I agree it will be if he wants to be here, I was just making the point that UT doesnt make sense to me, unless its a distance issue.
You like that? I pulled that out of the cobwebs. Still think I am forgetting another one around that time frame.... a catchy name, but can't recall. May be thinking about a Michigan receiver.
