Well, I'm certainly not cocky enough to call myself a "mastermind". Tell me, so great guru, what makes you think our QB is good enough to do the job? By the way, great run Shepard! GEAUX TIGERS! Maybe we can win this without Jefferson having to do much!
All I am saying is this. Our D is young, plays will happen. It is how they RESPONDED is what you really want to see. They could have thrown the towel and given a TD. NO THEY FAUGHT!! Now we have the lead.. LSU BABY!
Shepard is so dangerous, we should be able to decoy him a lot this year as well and open up the tight end over the middle, or an opposite field screen or pass out in the flat, or go deep over the middle to one of our other wideouts. This team should, from a talent standpoint, be able to open up big time and cause all kinds of havoc. Whether we have enough sense to do that is another question altogether.
ESPN seems to have a problem showing replays tonight. They haven't shown many. I guess they think everyone has a DVR these days.
