No biggy, he wasn't a need and at least he wont suit up against us every year. He should do well in the puss-1, they don't play defense there.:geaux:
let him go there, he'll be a bust, looks like rivals and espn recruiting services hae soured on him. He's currently rivals last 5* at #26 and the 6th rated back on espn. I'm looking forward to Ware showing Seastrunk how a true running back plays the position in the SEC anyway
He would have been the 4th RB in this class, I think that was a tipoff we didn't think he was coming here. When we took Blue, I thought the odds on LS were pretty long. I'm not crushed. He may or may not pan out. Keiland did not live up to his 5* billing, maybe LS will, maybe not. Ware has emerged in this class, and with Gore and Blue, I think we'll be good. Plus Ford from last year, and Hilliard next, we should be good for the next few years.
:geaux: Tired of reading this thread anyway as it seemed pretty clear he wasn't coming to LSU for a while. Really amazing he passed up a chance to play in the SEC for the no-defence PAC-10. Really took a step, or two or three, down in going out there. We'll be OK with Ford, Ware, Gore and Blue next year and then look out for 2011 with Hill and Hilliard already on board. :LSU231:
I dont think he is a need, but I dont like losing him. Last year Lache was considered to be all LSU and almost a shoe to come here. He will be going to the perfect O for him though. Plus he is going to a school that will use him properly. He is a perfect fit for their spread option attack. Although the have James, who is a stud back and only a Soph next year. Lache should see some time like Richardson did with Bama.
