gotta say, it was pretty nice not having to pump gas when it was windy, 40F and raining (which was often)
Don't get me started m/m. It has been awhile since we debated. :hihi: BTW...If we ever meet in Oregon it will be easy to spot you.
His announcement is at 4:15 today, and his mom made a comment on TD about Lache 'doing what is best for him, not his family'. I'm not going to read to much into it because last year Randles brother made a few seemingly anti-LSU comments towards the end too. Oregon seems like the logical choice.. but I hope momma got what momma wanted
If this would be Marsh's decision with Marsh's mom wanting him home, Lache would already be on the LSU campus
This could be viewed as a positive: After not posting for 3.5 months, Lache's aunt returned to an LSU forum yesterday and posted 23 times in the thread on Lache's announcement, with one of her last posts being "...I will check the board tomorrow...good night!" She talked about how she is going to be there for Lache's annoucement today, about how Lache "is really excited" and how "Lache has made his choice- the best choice for him- not for family but, for him." After a few posters wrote that this means that LSU and Baylor are out, Lache's aunt responded to the post that said: "I know I'm probably reading too much into this comment [by Lache's aunt], but it makes me believe he is not going to LSU seeing as how LSU would allow him to be realtively close to his family..." The aunt's reply was: "I really didn't mean more than- he is doing what is best for him- no one else. This is his dream- he is the ONLY one that can make it happen. He has to put in the hard work and dedication to make it work. We are just lucky to have him in our life and be here to support him. Nothing more." At one point, the aunt asked: "Have you guys listened to that Lache song?" And then she said she "I just posted it on my facebook!" It's a cool song that started off with "Lache Seastrunk University" and talks about how Lache is a "Louisiana boy."
SI is reporting Lache to Oregon: A source close to Lache Seastrunk tells SI.com the Temple, Texas running back will verbally commit to Oregon Wednesday afternoon. ... The source said Seastrunk settled on Oregon in early January, around the time he played in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl. Seastrunk...settled on Oregon because of the comfort he felt during his official visit and the fine football facilities in Eugene, the source said. I just love how people believe that mothers, aunts, etc..... post on these websites. It reminds me of a line from a high school spoof movie at a prom (dance). "I had no idea that everyone (highschoolers) here is a professional dancer. My guess is everyone that posts on this site is either the recruit himself, his mother or just a very good close friend. By the way I am his uncle.
