Agree. Probably not in any kind of lead, based on who's already committed. But of the teams still in contention, only LSU has the kind of recent recruiting and winning record that spells national contender/lots of national TV coverage.

I think LS won't take that lightly.

I think he still picks us. But, of course, this is all pure speculation.

I hope LS does not use LSD at LSU on NSD or any other time for that matter.

Well Lattimore narrowed down his choices to Auburn and South Carolina. He is set to announce Feb. 2nd. Auburn already has another 5 star in Dyer. So with Lache they could end up with three 5 star RBs. So, if Lache signs with Auburn, Lattimore could sign on NSD pushing the number to 3. I just don't see that happening and I think there is a possibility that there some drama at the end here either in the LSU or Auburn camp.

I can tell you with almost complete certainty that he is not going to Auburn. Alot of stuff has come out in the last month about the coaching staff not contacting Seastrunk anymore that even Auburn fans have given up hope. They all seem to think that its Lattimore or nothing. The only real threat here is Oregon and they have alot to offer........but not as much as we do.

I'd much rather have an OL or DL instead of this guy. We have enough skill players. Just imagine this year's team with a good OL and a DL that could actually pressure the QB.

Lakey Lake can go wherever. I am more dissapointed we didn't steal Jacques from Tn. damn you Dooley.

I think you are right, AU dropped it's efforts. One big proponent that Lache would sign with AU a few weeks ago said, "I have been asked not to talk about him anymore". It felt like "let's make sure no one even believes he might come here". I might be reading it wrong but I don't think so.

Alfred Blue, Jakhari Gore, Spencer Ware, Jeremy Hill, Kenny Hilliard should probably push you to the conclusion that Lache will not be here.

Lache is great, but we are full and have other needs. It doesn't matter if Lache eliminated us or not, but it certainly looks like we moved on.
