The PC thing can only help with Lache, if its true, I think its down to LSU and Oregon with Oregon in the lead. Just my feelings on the matter.
I try to avoid speculating on recruits as there are too many head games played these days but LSU & Oregon seem like pretty fair odds. Hopefully he'll choose Saturday Night in Death Valley over funky green and gold Nike crap. :thumb:

I think the good thing for LSU is his mom loves Miles and so does LS...despite what a lot of people in the fanbase think of our HC. Also, we have distance advantage over pretty much every school. I think this will hurt USC. Distance is usually the biggest factor for recruits choosing...

Nobody knows, he heard it the same time we did and rumors about each team are everywhere. He is doing a good job on making it a surprise. All speculation at this point and I know I am not going to rely on any comments he makes from now until NSD. He could narrow it down tomorrow and then go to another school outside of those two he chooses.
Would be a gigantic pickup. He'll contribute early on in the return game and by his second year.. paired up with Ware/Ford/Hilliard when they're experienced = :wave:
These kids are nothing but Paris Hilton clones... drama queens. Personally, I really could careless if a kid is going to narrow it down to two schools on TV, to be honest I don't even care about the kid if he is going to do that crap. Let him go somewhere else, what do these kids think they are Elvis.
I maintain that if we focused a) on character and b) on intelligence (football intelligence) we'd be a lot better off rather than going after the 5 star, who is nothing else. Trying to get all these super athletes that are, oh, well, you know, has not been working out all that well for us. hwr
HR, have to agree with you mostly there. Heck, if he was going to have a conference to say what school he has decided that's fine, making it one big show saying I am eliminating X number of schools is just crap. Michael Jackson died and we don't need a replacement. If he narrows it down to two schools I hope he does not include LSU in the two. That is why I have said from the beginning that I like Shepard even if he were to be a bust, he acts right, does the right thing, and works hard. As a fan, that is all I want to see. Heck, Seastrunk might end up being great, either way I don't want to see that drama queen crap.
