Yeah I never got clarification on that.

The entire reason we didn't take Michael was because he was too much like Ford. So the staff didn't think we needed 2 identical type backs, which does make sense.

Let's just hope we land Seastrunk. He claims he runs a low 4.3 consistently.

This is the one kid I want to be a Tiger more than any recruit I have seen since I started following recruiting.

If LSU continues to recruit top 10 classes and this kid becomes a Tiger, LSU will be unstoppable. He will be LSU's Tebow.

That has been assumed. But the same guys that put that in print, Sonny/Mike, have also talked about him being soft, and not tough enough to play for the likes of LSU, UT, and OU, hence no scholarship offers. They have also opined that he did not workout for LSU, and therefore did not get an offer. Pick anything you like.

The real reason is not known, as nobody here, or Rivals, or Scout, is on the coaching staff and that info has not gotten out.

Yes the entire catastrophe of him not showing up on multiple occasions during the summer when he said he would hurt his chances big time it appears. And then he wondered why he wasn't offered when he did finally show up.

We'll see where he is in 3 years at A&M. I think he will blow it up.

I agree because if I have a message board pet peeve, it's creating a new thread when one has already been created for that topic.

I just watched Seastrunks' highlights on youtube. Compared to the players he is competing against, which is the only way to judge game speed, he is the fastest player I have ever seen. Oh, and he can cut and change directions very well. His biggest weakness seems to be his size. He looks thin and smallish and there are no highlights that I saw where he breaks many tackles. He runs like it is a touch football game, not tackle from my limited viewing. You definately want him on your team to use in space or hit a hole, but I don't think he can be an every down back unless he puts on some muscle and gets stronger, which he may well do since he is an underclassman. Wow, is he fast though!

Seastrunk is almost a guaranteed 5 star, and Reed will be close.
