I think Vince Young and Jamal Charles were on the same team at UT. Charles had world class speed. That's tough to beat.
FYI, Lache and his entire family are still in town having an amazing time from what I hear. Will be here for a total of 6 days, leaving late Wednesday. He is even taken the role of showing prospects around campus.
Good news. Really good. I really want him to be in this class.. he's a special football player. If we have a good season I think he'll be ours in the end.
My brother, a die hard Auburn fan, is CONVINCED that Lache and Trovon are locks to Auburn and are actively recruiting for Auburn like Shep did for us last year. He won't listen to reason! He is even convinced that Dyer will give a verbal to Auburn as well. Ludacris!!! Auburn is pulling out so many gimics to try and compete with Saban and the rest of the SEC that it is comical. They have billboards all over Birmingham, Gadsden, Montgomery, and Mobile promoting the "Auburn Brand" and urging people to attend. Other gay a*s tactics include Chiznik's (that's the running joke...the mayor of B'ham calls him Chiznik instead of Chizik) "Tiger Prowl" and "Big Cat Weekend." Here is a description of each... Tiger Prowl - Coaching staff riding all around the state in a cheesy limo, covered in Auburn magnets, and visiting recruits around the state at their high schools. Wonder if they let them borrow the limo for their prom? Big Cat Weekend - Full of secondary recruiting violations. This is where Lache called out Saban and told Saban quote "He is SOL." They spent the weekend in Auburn, admiring the trailers, doing a little cow tipping, and the highlight of the recruits' weekend was throwing numerous rolls of toilet paper into an oak tree at Toomer's Corner. One hell of way for an 18 year old kid to spend a Saturday night!!! I hate Auburn!!!! :angryfire :angryfire Geaux Tigers!!!

Lache broke the silence with his mom in an interview. Sounds very good for LSU. Mom says campus and academic center were #1. Lache is all about the LSU coaching staff and players.
