Beat me to it. I will go ahead and say I am hearing LSU and Auburn in the end. He is trying to convince his mom that out of state is what he needs to do as long as it is not too far from home.
I just can't see Reed going to Auburn, I wouldn't get my hopes up for him. Seastrunk, I think Auburn has just as good of a shot landing as LSU. In the end, LSU is closer for mom and she loves Miles. LSU wins out, IMO. One team that has consistently stayed on Seastrunk's radar has been LSU. You keep hearing he likes USC, then you hear he likes Texas, then you hear he doesn't like Texas so much. It just keeps going like that. All the talk always includes LSU.
I agree there is a pattern. LSU is always in the top and mentioned often and the last visit is always his favorite. We heard that Texas was the favorite after his Spring visit last summer and then he came to LSU and said the exact same thing I am not discounting Auburn because the preacher thing has wheels and might be a good way to convince his mom that leaving the state would be a good thing if he has that support at Auburn. I think they will settle in the middle and that is LSU. However, I think he will have to pick Auburn and leave the pack behind because his close buddies Reed, Hurd, Shaun Lewis, etc... are not likely to follow him.
Just heard something I did not know about Lache. His Uncle is Eddie Fuller, everyone knows about his Earthquake Game catch. His mom's sister married Fuller and that is the side of the family from Leesville.
Jen Seastrunk stated, "Lache has two uncles- my husband and my husband's brother- which is not Eddie Fuller. His mom's sister is not married..."
Probably the reason I never heard it before and I wish I could remember where I got that tidbit from.
Jen Seastrunk post on the Texas and another LSU Message Board, she seems to be a very sweet lady. I read where Jen Posted that when she see Laches he is most of the time wearing an LSU T-Shirt. :geaux:
