I'd take him in second. Watch that video, he is fast as hell. Like ESPN says "Gore is one of the quicker more elusive scat-backs in this class." And it's not Frank's brother, it is cousin... and just because you are related to someone doesn't mean you care about what school he went to. Peyton Manning didn't go to Ole Miss. Joe Montana's kid just signed with Washington. Etc. And it is not surprising at all that he would consider Florida... Florida is dominating college football right now with two small, fast scat-backs (who Tirk called "smurfs" :lol. Yeah, I hate Florida's two little, fast scat-backs but they ripped us to pieces in Florida last year and did the same to us this year in Death Valley. Remember, Florida just kept running that dive and that quick little smurf was so fast he just kept squirting through the hole and getting positive yardage on us? Wouldn't you like to have a back like that... and more especially... wouldn't you want to make sure Florida does not get another back like that?

I am leaning that way. I think we would prefer Lache and Blue at this time and we should know for sure pretty soon. He plans on committing soon, so we will have to see if LSU accepts his commit or if we will hold out for Blue.
What Ratings are you talking about? I am sure he might be rated higher by certain evaluators but coaching staffs do not go by ratings. I think if Gore wants to commit to LSU today, Miles and staff will likely ask him to hold off unless they like him better than Blue but the staff has been on Blue pretty hard the last 2 months and will be in for a visit today. If we accept a Gore commit today we are basically telling Lache or Blue that we do not want you. Lache has a spot held for him for the time being. Blue or Gore IMO.
