    I am not....

    YouTube - stevie wonder "superstition"

And Kyle, I probably am one of the more liberal claim reps you will ever meet. If it's damaged, I take THIS approach. Am I willing to testify in court that it is not hail/wind/whatever covered peril? If I am not willing to do so, I am buying it...period. If it's obvious manufactured damage...I'm pretty good at figuring it out...and getting the offender to even admit it...knowingly or not. Did it this morning...and STILL bought the siding. It DID have hail dents, however small they were. But the contractor decided he didn't wanna take a chance, and made his own hail dents. I just started circling the small, true hail related dents, ignoring the obvious ones he had made, and he couldn't STAND it. He finally ADMITTED DOING IT!! The homeowner was likely not involved, so I bought the siding, and the CTR is in BIG trouble. The homeowner ran him off the property begging me to believe he had nothing to do with it. I do believe him...because I wouldn't stand in a court of law and testify that he DID have something to do with it.

Anyway, BHelm...it's your thread and you do a fantastic job with the recruiting threads. I'm just...like I said...more optimistic than most.

And Okie, ISL has made some really bold...well, no...DUMB predictions...with nothing upon which to base them. He is often OVERLY optimistic. There's a difference. We all have reason to be optimistic here.

Honestly, it's pretty much how I was trained. There are quite a few of us that use the same logic. I don't ever want one of mine to reopen and someone else buy what I should've bought the first time. Right now anyway, the focus is on customer service skills...and you can't go wrong by buying what's damaged. As far as what you don't buy...it's all in how you go about it and explain it.

Back to Zach...can't wait to see him on the MOUND in the Box!

Good read, but nothing I didn't already know like you said, especially the stuff about Manieri having more use for him right away than Miles (gee, ya think?). Anyway, did anyone else find it weird that the entire article consisted of 1 line paragraphs? Maybe just a web formatting issue? Can anyone on campus confirm whether or not the print version looked like this?

Yes, but they probably can trade rights for cash.

Maybe but going to be hard to convince someone to pay for his rights since he was considered the toughest sign in the draft and the team would have to pay right and then pay around 4-6M to sign Lee. Plus it looks like the Dodgers knew this beforehand and wanted to draft Lee and if not sign him get another 1st round pick in his place next year and hopefully their budget issues will have some relief by then.

Also being reported that Lee hasn't even spoken to the Dodgers yet so this looks like the case.
