2010 OLB Justin Maclin COMMITTED TO LSU (LOI)

Here's a link to an article about Macklin that says he's not totally committed to LSU. It's a link from someone over at Tiger Droppings (been lurking). I'm just posting it so you guys can go ahead and dissect it. After reading it I think it's wishful thinking on Tennessee's part...a lot of BS in other words.

Nothing really to worry about, hes going to some camps and enjoying it. The same school who said he didnt look great, now is in the running?
Sounds fishy to me.

 

USC doesn't contribute the evaluation of the player. I saw both Scout and Rival's evaluators at RSC. By all appearances he had a decent camp, enjoyed himself, and had an opportunity to play and compete with other top talent.

 

After Tennessee snatched Janzen Jackson last season, I don't think that's possible to call anyone who lives in Tennessee a lock...

 

Nah, this is different, aslong as Larry Porter is still here by signing day, Maclin aint going no where else but here.

 

And Coach Y, forget about him, my bad.

Thanks. Good to get that local insight. Boy, is this kid going to be a good one, esp. once The Chief coaches him up. A 6'4" MLB with excellent speed, are you kidding me??? Look out!
