3* OG or C from O.P. Walker who attended the June camp and did well but did not land an offer yet.

He says he will be back with teammate Urell Johnson for an official visit in the fall and plans to go to other LSU games this season.

LSU is his favorite followed by Tenn and then Bama. Only holds on offer from Tenn and La Tech at this point.

    Kind of short and slow.

I agree with your size observations but he is pretty quick for his size on his videos.

I am sure the size is the main reason he doesn't have an offer right now.

Any idea if he worked at DT any? Seems like he has adequate size for the other side of the ball.

I believe he did get some snaps on at DT but no reports on how that worked out.

I was thinking the same thing, I do like those shorter DTs.

For some one his size he would need to stand out with quickness or technique and be pretty special to play either side of the line for LSU.

Agreed. Leverage is everything.. and it's a hell of alot easier to get under the pads of an OL at 6'1 compared to 6'4.

Drake Nevis comes to mind when talking about shorter DT's....Josh Downs is a little undersized and I expect him to be a really good one.
