I just don't see that being a dump pick. However, if the rumors are true that the Dodgers are in a financial mess, could be a excellent thing for LSU. I'm not getting my hopes up though. Does anyone have any proof Dodgers are in bad shape right now?
Just saying 99.9% is a pretty bold prediction given their history even without financial troubles and now the owner is going through a Billion Dollar Divorce but I am not getting my hopes up either. It is rarely about where you are drafted but the Money is always the main factor. Now we will have to wait and see what the signing bonuses are for the players taken right around Lee's pick. Thanks for the updates! If it wouldn't be too much to ask, could we possible get an update to the original post noting where guys have been drafted?
Garin Cecchini to the Red Sox with pick #143 in the 4th round Gausman just picked in the 6th round, #202 overall, by the Dodgers
Gibbs-Cubs Landry-Dodgers Gausman-Dodgers Lee-Dodgers Cecchini-Red Sox AR-Red Sox I think PM has some kind of relationship with the Dodgers and they're supposedly in a financial mess. A lot speculation is they're dumping picks so they can get extra picks next year. I wonder if they're doing this for LSU...one could dream, right?
