Re: 2010 LB/S Luke Muncie If they would all go for it, we would be all for it. Probably going to be hard sell to get a 4th top LB prospect to commit if the next commit is one of those 3. I think it is safe to say we will get at least one of them and hope another jumps on board.
Re: 2010 LB/S Luke Muncie Don't know much about this guy but I'd feel more comfortable if LSU finished its LB class off with two of the big three. Lewis, Nelson, Maclin would be nice. Hoping we land any of those final two. I think we have the best shot at Maclin right now, I don't buy the rumors Nelson almost committed. Wake me up when Nelson shows legit interest in us and makes a trip down here. I think we'll get Maclin no matter what, just because of the strong relationship two of our coaches have had with his family for years. Lewis seems like hes showing us a lot of interest. Nelson would just be a amazing pickup, I'd really like him. I personally think Maclin has the most upside of any of the LBs we're targeting. He is a physical freak.
Re: 2010 LB/S Luke Muncie I think Bama is in the lead for Maclin but it could be 50-50 at this point between LSU and Bama. My best shot right now is Lewis and he had a spectacular visit this weekend according to a few I have talked to. Nelson's interest in LSU is for real and Mike Davis is really selling us right now.

From the 2010 Under Armour All-American week... keep in mind that, when they tried him out at safety, that he was trying to cover some of the very best WRs of the 2010 class. Apparently, he did well down in the box (also against some of the very best talent of the 2010 class). LSU pledge Luke Muncie (Spring, Texas/Klein Oak) made some plays on Day 1 down in the box, which is where he likely will be playing full time in Baton Rouge, La. I like the fact that he's got great size and was getting looks at safety. Speaks about his athleticism.
