So, what made this guy choose A&M over us? Playing time? We've recruited some decent LB's in the past few years, but with his talent, there's no reason he couldn't be playing quickly for the Tigers. I mean, crap, the #3 LB in the entire nation according to Rivals finally makes up his mind and decides to go to...........................................dum dum dum........Texas A&M? Very anticlimactic.........and just plain unusual. I hate to see a top-notch recruit slip through our fingers to a 2nd or 3rd tier Big-12 team who probably won't accomplish more than striving to hit .500 each season. Its a shame. Any chance we're still working on him and might sway him to the light? Jester
Just my observation but to me it seemed that he was a little lazy this summer. He continually missed trips to LSU and other programs and did not compete in any camps that I remember. Maybe he had it stuck in his head that he just wanted to stay close to home and A&M gave him a good opportunity to play early.
