I did misunderstand. I definitely think the coaches are WAY ahead of us. At least, I hope they are... It's still a useful and interesting exercise to scan the star ratings over the last few years. Amazing how few have actually lived up to the hype.
Agree with above. Individually many may not live up to hype, but certainly overall, programs that end up rated high in recruiting, are higher echelon teams at the end of the year. Exception would be Utah.
The fact that Utah plays 24 year old seniors against other teams 18 year old freshmen might have something to do with it. Those religious missions sure do come in handy.:yelwink2:
yeah, that is a really good point. is that factually true? has anyone looked at the average age of their starters compared to other teams?
Nelson's coach set the record straight and said that LSU, OU, Texas, Stanford, and A&M are still in it.
