He is thought to be the best kicker in the nation and the LSU staff made sure to let him know that LSU really wants him in this class during Junior Day. OU, UF, Bama, and others are after him but only has a recent offer from Bama. He still says LSU is his leader despite not having an offer yet but he will have one soon. He is also a MLB for Southlake Carroll HS in Texas. In his last Scout update he said he was still waiting for a LSU offer but he wanted to make a decision soon. He talked to Miles and Miles said that they want to see how Alleman does during the Spring before extending an offer. Miles raved over Alleman and Cade got his answer. He committed to Bama today. This likely means LSU will not be offering a kicker in this class and we will wait until next year to take a kicker.
I hear he may get a 6th star since he also plays LB. Committing to Bama has nothing to do with it.:wink:
