Re: 2010 FB Brandon Worle Commits Wow,4 commits already!I was hoping for at least 2. Any more suprises coming today?:geaux:
Re: 2010 FB Brandon Worle Commits This commit puts us exactly where we were last year at this time. 2 straight years out of the ordinary for LSU thanks to Miles and staff. I also expect 1 commit before the end of the week and possibly 2 by the following week which would put us ahead of where we were at this time last year.
Re: 2010 FB Brandon Worle Commits This kid looks damn good. Can you imagine having Worle and Allen in on the same play? LB's would be crying after that punishment. Anyway, Worle doesn't seem to have the same quickness, darting change of direction, and lightness of feet that Allen has.........but you'll not often see FB's who do, especially at his size. Worle does have decent speed for his size and he runs hard. Between Allen, Ford, and Worle, we've got some hard running boys waiting in the wings to take over. In the above video, Worle blocks well. In a few clips, you even see him pushing to make a second or third block, even after he's fallen. I like to see that. It shows he works hard and has passion. He also seems to have pretty decent hands and looks the ball in before he turns upfield. This looks like another great pickup by Miles and Co and another steal of a great OOS player.
Re: 2010 FB Brandon Worle Commits His video looks very good. Well we really wanted a fullback after missing on Singleton and it looks like we got one. He is a prototypical FB from what I see and he catches well. He doesn't look overly fast, but certainly likes to deliver the blows while blocking. He finishes the block and looks to have a little mean streak. He is a powerful runner when he gets the ball and seems to know his role as a bulldozer and doesn't try to elude people. If the FB we signed works out, perhaps we can redshirt him and create a little space between the two of them.
Re: 2010 FB Brandon Worle Commits I think the Full Back position and depth with this commitment(hopefully signing)is really strong and probably the best ever at LSU. This is a real good pickup and for the last two years LSU is moving into the caliber of Texas in the way the recruit.
Re: 2010 FB Brandon Worle Commits So first Allen Now Worle haha now we're gonna have a beastly goal line
Re: 2010 FB Brandon Worle Commits In comparison to how we are landing them sooner, I agree. But Mack's false pride shows too much for me in the way he "makes an offer". Basically refusing to make any offer public unless the kid commits on the spot. He has his exceptions, but they are few and far between. I have never understood that.
